The Fury

About the Book
"The Fury” is the eighth novel in the Howard Watson Intrigue series. In this episode, FBI Supervisory Agent Howard Watson returns to handle a threat that hits close to home, involving members of his own team and family. This threat involves an incident that took place fourteen years prior with a former FBI agent. The team learns about the death of the former agent, Eric Glenn, who was serving time for the shooting of Watson’s wife Carol and her husband at the time, who was also a respected FBI agent. Having died in prison, convicted killer Eric Glenn left behind a son who suffers a mental breakdown leading him to seek vengeance on Howard and Carol. He blames them for his father’s incarceration. While this is happening, the team also finds themselves investigating reports about a company allegedly exploiting indigenous children from a Christian orphanage. The investigation hits a lot of snags because it appears that there are those higher up who do not want to stop this reprehensible crime. The employees of this company also fear retribution if they get involved.
