About the Book

Unbreakable: 30 Days of Strength, Scripture, and Healing is a faith-based devotional designed for veterans, first responders, and all who carry unseen wounds from trauma. Drawing from my own journey as a U.S. Army combat veteran, survivor of a 2009 IED blast, and advocate for post-traumatic growth, I guide readers through thirty days of Scripture, personal reflection, real-life testimonies, and practical exercises. Each day combines a biblical anchor verse, an honest devotional thought, and actionable tools for emotional, spiritual, and physical resilience. The book addresses core challenges such as anxiety, grief, guilt, forgiveness, identity loss, and rebuilding purpose after life-altering experiences. My approach integrates faith with mental health principles, offering both inspiration and tangible next steps. The goal is to help readers rediscover hope, deepen their connection with God, and see themselves as capable of living with strength and joy. Readers will walk away with a practical toolkit, a renewed sense of purpose, and the reassurance that healing is possible because with God’s strength, they are unbreakable. Target Audience • Veterans and military families • First responders (police, fire, EMS, dispatchers) • Trauma survivors seeking a faith-centered healing path • Churches, chaplains, and counselors serving these groups
